Welcome to Hat Trick Treats! I'm Suzanne, a Navy veteran (still in the Reserves) and former ice hockey goalie proudly serving customers in the San Diego area. I have a passion for baking, decorating cookies, and teaching so I decided to start a small business to do all three! My husband and I met while playing hockey and our son plays/coaches/refs, so that's how my bakery got its name. 😊

 

Our daughter is gluten intolerant so I have many years of experience baking gluten-free treats, providing tasty baked goods that are allergy friendly. I think you'll find that you don't miss the gluten and your diet-restricted friends will be happy they can join you for dessert!

 

I offer beginner-friendly cookie decorating classes with the option to either attend at a public venue (see main page for upcoming events) or to host a group of your friends/colleagues in the privacy of your home. PLEASE NOTE that due to my work travel schedule, I am NOT taking custom orders for cookies or cupcakes right now.

 

**I'm also available for corporate team-building events. I’ll bring all the necessary supplies and materials; you just provide the space for your people and any drinks/snacks you may want!**
