Service Description
Looking for a fun time for a corporate team building event, bridal shower, birthday party, or just a fun evening with friends? Try a cookie decorating class! You provide the venue and the people and I’ll provide the rest! See photos for available class sets. Classes include everything you need for a fun time -- including 6 big cookies, icing, sprinkles, tools, a box to take your beautiful creations home in, as well as my cookie recipe, icing recipe, and a PowerPoint presentation with step-by-step directions! My classes are best for ages 10+ but I can also teach Mommy & Me classes or teach parties for younger children with simpler designs so that everyone has a good time and great creations! Private classes are $250 for up to 6 participants (host and five guests). For over 6 people, it is an additional $50/person. Note: I make GLUTEN-FREE/NUT FREE cookies to minimize allergy risk and maximize fun! Each attendee will need their own workspace at a table with room to work (enough for a large cafeteria tray) and a chair to sit in! Classes take approximately 2 hours to complete. I will show up 30 minutes before class time to set up. Please encourage guests to be on time as this allows us to maximize our fun while staying on schedule!


















Cancellation Policy
CLASS AVAILABILITY: Classes are confirmed based on availability on requested date(s). Including alternate dates in your request will maximize likelihood of confirmation. PAYMENT: If your date is confirmed (your acceptance of quote), you will receive an email invoice with a link for payment. To complete your order, 100% payment is due no later than TWO WEEKS prior to the class date. ON DAY OF EVENT: I will be there 30 minutes early to set up with all required cookie decorating materials. Feel free to serve any food/drinks you’d like during class. It’s your party! Clean-up is super easy! Your guests will take home their beautiful creations in a nice box, along with any leftover icing and sprinkles. I will gather my materials and any cookie-related trash and we’re done! SOCIAL MEDIA: Payment of this invoice acknowledges that I may use photos and videos from your class on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). If you do not wish for your event to be posted, please email me at hattricktreatsca@gmail.com prior to your event. CHANGES: Please let me know any changes to the total number of people within 14 days of the class (payment date). All classes are final within 7 days of established event. You may request to make changes (except for total number of people) up until that time and I’ll do my best to accommodate. Please email me at hattricktreatsca@gmail.com CANCELLATIONS: I understand that things happen, so you can cancel your event up to A WEEK (7 days) PRIOR to the event for a full refund. If it is less than one week until the event, you can cancel in exchange for a credit towards a future order. If weather conditions impact travel for your class date, an alternate date can be selected with no penalty. If I am ill or unable to complete your class, you will have the option for a full refund or selection of a new date. ALLERGENS: While I make every effort to isolate material from common allergens, items may come into contact with surfaces that have touched allergens. You are responsible for notifying any class attendees of this risk and we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions. EQUIPMENT: Depending on the size of the space, I will bring a 32” flatscreen monitor so that guests can see all of the decorating steps. In small spaces, this may not be needed.
